How to Build Your Gastrocnemius Muscles

Gastrocnemius

Orgasm and muscular legs and calves may have a link. Research has established that the more your pelvic region is healthy and muscular, the more orgasm you will have. For a muscular and healthy pelvic region, the legs and most importantly the calves must be healthy and muscular. The legs support the entire weight of the body and hence needs a lot of workouts. The legs comprise the thighs (quads & hams) and the calves. The quadriceps and hamstrings can be exercised through Presses, Extensions and Curls. The calves can be worked out through Raises.

For the thighs, do exercises like: Leg Extensions, Squats, Leg Presses and Leg Curls. For the calves, do exercises like: Standing Calf Raises, Seated Calf Raises, Toe Raises, Donkey Raise, Leg Press Calf Raises and Rebound Training. An overall development of the legs ensures a healthy pelvic region. Working the legs especially the calves prevent cramps and enables better orgasm and muscular legs and calves.
Better orgasm and muscular legs and calves go hand in hand. A well exercised body is well built and shapely, which boost orgasm. The upper body gets trained well during exercise sessions, but the lower body especially the calves get ignored. This is because when you finish the upper body exercises and target your legs, you are exhausted and do not have enough energy to last the full workout for the legs and calves.

To avoid this start your workout session with the calves. Move on to the other muscles of the legs next and finally, the upper body. A complete and balanced development of the whole body including the legs and calves ensures better orgasm and muscular legs and calves.
