After completing the set simply stand on the balls of your feet and hold that position for a count of 90 and then jump right back into another set of standing calf raises and do as many reps as you can, when you hit positive failure stand of your toes for another 90 seconds, keep on doing this until you can no longer perform one good repetition with the standing calf raises as this is one of the great calves exercises
